It’s your move!
Active Play is important because it builds the groundwork for your child’s mental, physical, and social wellbeing.
Primary caregivers are vitally important role models in the early years. Parents, carers and teachers are the best influencers of children’s active development.
When my kids play outdoors, they climb up trees and rocks, always trying new things and challenging themselves. As a mum, it can be hard seeing them fall over, but they always get back up, learn from it and build resilience each time. And as a mum, that’s what you want – resilient kids who grow into resilient teenagers and adults.
