Tell us a bit about your business
I’m the founder and director of ‘Essential Movement Systems’. Our mission is to engage the growing population by bringing movement and education together with play and presence for a meaningful experience.
What’s your history with Bluearth?
I’ve been living and breathing the Bluearth approach for over 7 years now. I started my journey in a casual role as a coach back in 2015. Moving towards a decade later, I am still delivering and practicing the approach as a proud registered Bluearth affiliate.
What do you specialise in and why are you passionate about it?
Whole-person development. I would like to say we are movement specialists, but it’s our ability to work with people of all ages and skills that sets us apart from just physical education.
We are passionate about the opportunity to coach others towards living an active and fulfilling existence.
How does your business support the community you’re there to serve?
We are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of all those that we can work with. We hope that this can be passed on to others to create a ripple effect throughout, and perhaps beyond, the respective communities.
How does the Bluearth approach align with what you do?
Our views align on the importance of living a healthy and active life. We also believe to experience whole-person health we must develop the social, mental and emotional aspects of those we work with. The joy of movement sets the tone but it’s only the beginning of the experience we wish to share.
Anything else you want to share?
We are currently launching Essential Movement Systems onto various social platforms and our website construction is almost complete. Check out our Instagram and Facebook and throw us a like to follow our journey. Be sure to get in touch for any questions or program/workshop enquiries!
Thanks Ryan for sharing your Bluearth journey with us!
